You need certain amount of seats to make changes on Constitution or a referandum to change it, AKP doesnt have enough seats for booth.

Think so? AKP has 315 and HDP has 59 mps; more than enough for a change. If they come to a agreement they might change the constitution. Why wouldn't AKP negotiate with PKKs political wing, when they did it with PKK itself.....

Bingöl %21,19
Şanlıurfa %18,84
Muş %17,71
Kilis %16,80


Provinces HDP lost most votes:

Bingöl %13,32
Ağrı %12,94
Kars 12,24
Bitlis %12,11
Van %11,52

same thoughts here. IIRC pro-akp pollsters put akp somewhere around 43-45%.
