Turkish Defence Industry Exports & Updates

The cost of using one or a few trucks to saturate the target area is the same. but using more vehicles gives an advantage in terms of both mobility and sustainability of task. If you look at the MLRS solutions of countries in advanced artillery tradition, the situation is clearer. I bet there is no way this vehicle can never go off-road. This MLRS system completely useless for Turkey. But the Gulf Arabs love such toys.
If you watched the demonstration videos you can see on what type of terrain they will probably use it. Its flat and desert terrain without serious obstacles. For such terrain its the perfect solution for them.

We're not able to produce the tyres ourselves ? that's interesting.

We have a lot to cover, unrelated but our newspapers are struggling because the paper for the newspapers is entirely imported. Can you imagine that fucking low-tech paper is imported?

A few years back my cousin pointed out that Turkey didn't even have their own watch "brand". Well a lot has changed since then, but I am hopeful that we can export some of the things we're developing. producing to cover our own needs isn't going to even out our trade balance. But it's a start :)

Actually it would because imports would drop automatically.
He actually has a point, Since we can't produce all of our needs fully indigenously, We still have to import many components, sub systems and raw materials. Thus We not only need to produce our needs but Also we need to import some.

And if we look at last example We are going in this direction. Since This tires are likely to have local content ratio between 30-50%.

No, It's not a test ship. It's a Cadet Training Ship (CTS) plus as a secondary role; OPV.
