No, I don't think so. Because for this you have to develop a special national engine for it. It is not possible to develop engines for VTOL aircraft in a conjuncture where we cannot develop turbofan engines in more conventional ways.

With the current foreign policy, Turkey is lacking in jet powered transporters.
Thankfully, Qatar is filling this void with its C-17.

If I remember correctly, Turkish Tanks, Howitzers, APC's are also transported with Qatar planes to Turkish Base in Qatar

Gerçekten yazık oldu. It reminds me of the British warships that we ordered prior to WWI and never got despite paying the price. The F-35 case is far worse though.
