Turkic Language

User1, not every one is religious, some may even consider Arabic lessons a threat to their life style. imo, it is not time to do such thing in Turkey. But there are Schools that teach Arabic, it is common to find Arabic speaking Turkish students and businessmen.

The general mix that is spoken seems similar. Urdu borrows its words significantly from Farsi while Hindi is one of the MANY derived languages from the venerable Sanskrit. As a generic usage, both seem similar but there's a world of difference grammatically and in terms of vocabulary.

I think it is best that we speak our languages properly and teach them to our future generations properly. The day we are able to make our countries into their true worth, our languages will automatically be recognized worldwide. :)

ON TOPIC:

Correct me if I am wrong Turkish members; but aren't there multiple Turkic sub-languages all over central Asia?

well i dont agree with that, i propose hindi/urdu sort out their transcript barrier that so we can have one language, even bengalis and srilanlankans and south indians will speak same language, united subcontinent should be the future
