Yes, Big cities aren't that Tribal... But the moment LNA get to lay siege to Misrata/Tripoli... the fight is defacto over at this point...
As for Tribes... That's mostly why TR is checking with TN and ALG... But Tribes may give you a "yes" for now... but if TR can't follow up their demands then it's useless...

IMO Tr only possible reversal is to SHOW their "POWER"... that's how things work... and other countries like Russia understood it... But it seems TR has another way of doing thing that is too soft/too Westernized...

I'm interested in the Tribes/Fighting group dynamic...
People rejoicing or not isn't part of "THE" reality... Tmrw If GNA take it back... people will also rejoice as they did before and will continue doing...

Having tripoli and misrata is enough but if ur so eager for us to capture the whole of libya u will make urself more active, giving us access to airbases is a start afterall we wont engage to prop the GNA all over Libya. Its unlikely that the LNA will capture anything beyond Sirte since turkish specialists are right now in tripoli and misrata officialy which means that these areas will see a halt of offensive duo turkey making itself present there.
