There are three steps of Faith if you see injustice. First is to stop it by hand, if you can't then protest and if you can't do that then atleast acknowledge in your heart that it is wrong.

So protesting is better than doing nothing. They are willing to foot the bill for the Rohingya refugees. So that makes them far better than those selling weapons to the murderous regime. So yeah they are not perfect, Erdogan is no Saladin, but in current times this is the best Muslim world has to offer.
