1,Modern Turkey has little to do with ancient Turks (古突厥, Göktürks) in Northern China.
2,Modern Turkey people DNA is mixed with Mongols, Persians, Europeans, Arabs and many others.

What makes a language is not the words that you have borrowed from other cultures. Turkish grammer and language system remains same as it was 2 millenium ago but it's true that we have foreign words we use in Turkey Turkish.

Turks should really learn some history, first Great Wall was built during the warring states period, over 2500 years ago, long long... before turks became a nation, last Great wall ( the one you posted) was built in Ming dynasty around 600 years ago, long long after your anecstors being kicked out of their ancestrol land in north China by our ancestors.

The world needs regionalism to break up the hated hegemony of Amerika. Nobody likes Amerika now. We need the rise of Germany, Italy, Turkey, China, Vietnam, Iran, Korea, Japan and many other nations to be regional powers that guard more vulnerable countries like Syria.

So the invasion by Turkey is actually defending Assad and defending freedom in the world, and this benefits China. Assad is taking more territory from PKK because of Erdogan.

The Germans were not defeated in WWI. Their allies Bulgaria cried for peace when their front in Greece collapsed. And then the Turks shortly after sued for peace. And the the Austrians did the same in leaving the war. If Bulgaria asked for some German and Austrian divisions to hold off the Entente in Greece, the war would have continued. The Austrians could handle the Italians. The Ottomans focused too much on taking capitulated Russian land and not enough on defeating the traitor Arabs and the Brits.
The Germans could have handled the Western Front. But needed the full reinforcement from the Eastern Front. Germany was beating the Russians, French and British easily. They could have handled the Amerikans, Brits and French too.
The new tanks made the trench warfare more mobile. So this was a new development.
