Its not meant in a generalizing was thats why the "some" is there. I was thinking about Gulf countries, a whole army of expats are there to do the "dirty" jobs even thought the population is quite young.

That's because of the system allowing them to (low wages to foreign cleaners), there is no minimum wage as far as I know.
