Economic boycotts are up to consumers directly. Just do not buy anything that helps Israel's economy and look for alternatives sourced from countries sympathetic to the plight of the Palestinians wherever possible. No UNO or USA to be avoided, since they cannot do anything with such an approach.

Historically, USA enjoyed superpower status, but not so much any more. China is the new economic giant, making USA vulnerable. Besides, it starts small with individual consumers, no matter what the country does.

This can not be an offensive force, we need to first start with peace keeping force there.

Step 1: Build Hospitals in Gaza and West Bank
Step 2: Build 1 base in Gaza and West bank each with minimum forces
Step 3: Transfer some Fighters jet along with AD
Step 4: Send 1 Frigate with 1 Submarine, other ships to escort injured if it comes to that
Step 5: Also bring in some UN Peacekeeping forces just so the effort seems International

I know this all is a wish list and Israel will never allow it, they will use America or EU to veto anything, they will make some temporary compromises which will show that Israel is now changed but they will just do it so there is no one else involved in this conflict. They might also use some Arab countries to block the force build-up, Remember this fellow Jews are cowards and they prefer others to fight their battles for them, Bringing 3 battle-tested militaries like Pakistan, Turkey, and Iran right next to them will be their worse dream come true, they will not let it happen even with their entire west on their back.

Without cleansing Israel of rabid extremist Rabbis it's not going to be possible. Israel first needs to take action against the extremists who are encouraging genocide and conflict.
