Anybody with simple common sense will be able to see that kinda sweet talks is part of strengthening bilateral ties, increasing trade, business and sales of weapon. That what i see from last two visits this year. Otherwise relationship with Turkey wasn't well few years before. It's all part of diplomacy and business. No one is permanent friend.
