1. The Turks, Iranians, Syrians, Shias and Sunnis - must all understand the eventual objective of Zionists/WCC in this affair. It is not that they are so much interested in getting rid of Assad or the Alawis - it is the destruction of the other citadel of Islam in this region. The American destruction and looting of Baghdad far exceeded the sack by the Mongol hordes. After Jerusalem and Baghdad, the cross-hair is now on Damascus.

2. Various groups have various agenda. Urban Renewal guys are looking for destruction so that they can rebuild and make money. Israel is looking for space and water, and establishment of regional supremacy. Arms peddlers want a civil war to sell their ware. Kurds, supported by USA and Israel have their own objectives of establishing a sovereign Kurdistan.

3.Turkey clearly proposes to put right a mistake committed in giving away the Syrian province to the French. Iran has a Shia agenda. Eventually the war will be prolonged long enough to destroy the magnificent infrastructure built by the Baathist regimes. Long enough to start yet another fratricidal never ending civil war. The Syrians will see poverty and experience all that the Libyans experience these days. But Damuscaus is the goal of all goals.

Any UN resolution on Syria is just not possible.. NATO will have to go without a UN resolution. Wonder if NATO countries are ready for another mission considering the Eurozone crisis and open Russian support to Syria....
