Also costs are shared out. In addition greater numbers procured by both airforces reduce per unit price. Win win for all.
Some might remeber that i was saying this a year ago, Turkey can benefit from Pakistans JF Thunder experience and combine it with its own decades long F-16 license production experiences.
Agreed. South Korea is using this very same tactic with their KF-X Project by involving Indonesia and giving them some shares of the Project.
Win-Win for all.

Although Pakistan has built a modern fighter jet ground up and its a good experience, I still Turkey being a NATO member has access to better technologies so why would it ask Pakistan help.
Turkey has recently delivered indigenous attack helicopter and TAI has built air frames of F-16s in service with Turk Air Force. To me, it looks like Turkish avionics, aeronautical industries are much more advanced than Pakistan.
PAF Kamra guys have told this to senate they can't afford to lie about Turkey in fact my reports suggest KSA has also joined in the program mainly as financier of the program also Malaysia.Gents, let us not count the chicks before they've hatched. That's all i have to say. Wait for confirmation.
KSA is also part of the program now and also Malaysia we should also join the program without any hesitation@cabatli_53 @BordoEnes
Indeed, Turkey has the access, greater avionics and aeronautical base. However Pakistan joining can still contribute and more buyers of the end product help to benefit the project through volume sales. If the total project research and development cost was X then if you make 100 units that X is divided by 100 thus lower unit costs. It is simple economics of volume. Joint products involving multinations to spread costs are quite common. Example is the Panavia involving Germany, UK and Italy. Costs are shared out and sales are guaranteed in higher numbers.
@Bismarck I also don't like seeing that image but then I think it is important people realize the ugly reality of what is happening. That might help galvanize the world to do something about this tragedy.
