ideally - Iranians and Turks would be cooperating together - especially when western imposed bullying/sanctions on Iran are lifted.....then it will be the zio-Nazis who need the burnol, not Mr. Nair over here.
by the way Turkiye is a NATO country afterall so they do have access to technologies that are integrated in many western systems...they have a very robust indigenous defense industry as well; Iran has done quite well too despite limitations and despite challenges. In both cases commendable.

Turkey is light-years behind those Iranian missile techology which can never find their way into your requirement.
As for Turkey not needing any country You people cannot even make an engine for your naval ship, never-mind for engines in fighter jets. Lets not forget how most of the systems you use in hardware like ANKA rely heavily on foreign imports, such as mission computers etc:
