Trump looks forward to working with Pakistan, says US NSA

Nothing is stopping US companies from investing in Pakistan right now. They are just not doing so in great numbers. And US is already one of Pakistan's bigger export markets.

Is it? Are you sure? The US, if she wants to, can give Pakistan easy $ 20-30 billion a year worth of business like it has done to India to grow India to where she is today. Without the US, I don't know where India would be today in terms of the growth she's experienced by US giving a share of the economic pie. A couple of slices can go to Pakistan, its 5 times smaller than India, so a few slices would do wonders.

You think Jews/Zionists/Freemasons/Neo Cons will let Pakistan become prosperous ? Why didnt they make us rich when we were members of SEATO and CENTO ? People of Pakistan cannot be fooled anymore. Thank you for your friendship Uncle Sam, we r happy without your friendship, period.

The first sentence of your post is one of the reasons WHY Pakistan was where she was just till 3 years ago. It is because of this mentality. The same people that you are openly hating in such a derogatory way, have setup Pakistan's entire defensive system that you still use today, from the F-16's to the TPS radars and everything in between. If they had such a big issue with Pakistan, nothing stops them from putting you into the category of Iran.

Now, if you fix this silly mentality that spreads hate and intensity and learn the game of how to work with others and be mutually beneficial, I can't understand why Pakistan can't get $ 5-10 billions worth of the US business yearly (at the minimal). At $ 5 billion services revenue, you could, in theory create over 1.2 million jobs with people getting paid 400,000 rupees per year. That is a huge boost to have 1.2 billion people employed and paying taxes. The US can do a lot more than this for Pakistan.

Turkey license produces the F-16's and many other Western and American systems, including a growing economy working with the same countries and people you clearly hate. So the problem isn't with the Jews/Zionists/New Con, its in your head!. Clear that up, talk to these investors (no matter which category they come under) and give them the SAME ROI guarantee that the Chinese were given.

Pakistan has already been identified as an "Emerging Market", a big upgrade from the "Frontier Markets" aka, the high risk markets. So Pakistan is now in the league of BRICS countries. There is nothing you can't achieve economically if YOU change your own mindset and understand mutual interests, vs. religious hate. The organizations that upgraded Pakistan this year from a "Frontier Market" to an "Emerging Market" are actually pretty much owned and heavily influenced by the Jews, New Cons, etc, etc. So that is a clear sign of everyone wanting to see a growing, stable and prosperous Pakistan. Fix your thinking. That is the issue here. It scares others away.

I agree with you that Pakistan would benefit from US investment, but my point that, currently, there is very little of it. And I don't think US government is stopping anybody from investing in Pakistan. It's possible US companies are still taking a look-and-see approach.

investment would flow in pakistan once there is assurance of security, thats the basic requirement for investment. There would be lakhs of non-resident pakistanis that would want to invest in their country but can't due to lack of credibility. Only an pakistani can tell us how the ground situation are their country.

Without the US, I don't know where India
joke of the century, you americans really overestimate your capability. Thats the reason you lost to Vietnam. You sound like US is some "god of prosperity" without which no country can survive. China today being the second largest economy on its own is a slap on the face of your argument. Few decades my friend, then you will know where you really stand, prepare for it.

I got your point in the first post. But the US companies are waiting on the electric outage to be fixed, the infrastructure to be completed, etc, as these are the basics of growth. But if the US government wanted to grow Pakistan quickly. All they need is to tell the big boys that there are incentives in investing in Pakistan like tax breaks and stuff. What's a $ 8-10 billion to something like a Microsoft, Google, Apple, GE, Chevron, etc? Its a very small piece of a very, very large juicy pie

For India, you are right, yes, we are the God of prosperity. Take a look at where you were just in 1995. Pakistan was doing better than India in pretty much all micro-economic indicators, just as a comparison. Then came the BPO, which was really a huge push from a few of your leaders backed up by the "cheap labor" song and dance. Mr. Bill Clinton got sold on it and bam! India started to get somewhere.

I can guarantee you, if today, something happened and the US took all the BPO, Medical and Research business away and stops the H1B drama all together, I can assure you, you'll see a recession in India where 2008 recession across the world, would look like a small issue. You don't insult or cut the hand that fed you and helped you grew up!

Trump admin looking forward to working with Pakistan: official

ISLAMABAD: US National Security Adviser Lieutenant General Herbert Raymond McMaster said on Friday that the administration of President Trump looked forward to working with Pakistan to pursue the common objectives of peace and security and economic well being of the people.

US National Security Advisor called Finance Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar on telephone Friday evening. Dar will be visiting Washington for attending the spring meeting of the IMF/WB during this month and it was expected that he would hold meetings with US administration high-ups on the sidelines of the Breton Wood Institutions (BWIs) meeting.

The US official in his talks with Finance Minister said that the sacrifices made by Pakistan’s armed forces as well as civilians to improve the security conditions were admirable. He said that Pakistan had also made impressive progress on the economic side.

He said that security was an important prerequisite to unlock the immense economic potential of the region and the US administration would like to work closely with Pakistan in this regard. He said that he looked forward to meet the Finance Minister during his upcoming visit to Washington, later in the month.

The two leaders exchanged views on matters of bilateral interest. Finance Minister congratulated Gen McMaster on assuming the important responsibility as the National Security Adviser and said that he looked forward to working with him (NSA) to further develop and enhance the bilateral relationship between the two countries. He said that the improved security conditions as well as the economic turnaround achieved in last three years provide an excellent opportunity to develop and promote an economic partnership between the two countries.

The minister further said that Pakistan believes in a peaceful neighbourhood and the government of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif is keen to work with friends and partners for peace and stability of the region and beyond.

Referring to the tremendous success of Operation Zarb-e-Azb and encouraging results of the ongoing operation Radd-ul-Fasad, he said that these demonstrate our commitment to eradicate terrorism.

Dont give me "if auntie had balls she would have been an uncle story". The fact of the matter is that US has not been our trustable friend in the past. They have let us down when we needed them most. They deserted their SEATO and CENTO members in the middle of a war. They planned dismemberment of Pakistan. They have murdered Pakistani leaders like Zia ul Haq and Liaqat Ali Khan. We have fought for Americans in Agfhanistan, we were the principal force behind dismemberment of USSR, we became the bridge between US and China when US needed it most. America is a thankless country. America has only one purpose in the world and that is to establish Zionist supremacy.

Just to update your information 32 is the number of times Washington has vetoed UN Security Council resolutions to protect Israel

First of all, you are using pretty insulting language to your own country. I think you should be somewhat careful. No one meant that India is a Rat or a Godzilla. You should keep your emotions away when discussing a factual topic. Whether India does or did get a lot of economic help from the US (a known fact) is one thing. Insulting your own or other countries or nations, isn't needed.

On the other hand, I am speaking purely logic. The US has and still is providing a huge economic benefit to India. There is no doubt about it. If the US pulled the plug on it, there will be a huge recession in India, no doubt about it. The US and Indian relationship is very diverse and isn't limited to one thing only so the impact of any strategic change in the economic outlook will be very broad. So I stand by my assessment as I explained before. Unless you have facts to prove me wrong, you don't need to insult your or someone else's country. Act a bit mature please.

A top [shychiatrist of mine once told me when we were discussing one of his patients that "happiness = Reality - (imagination + the past). I strongly believe in that. You should too. The issue isn't "what happened when superman first came on video in the 80s'", the issue is, with the growth Pakistan is experiencing for the FIRST TIME in her life, what can the US do to help Pakistan! We aren't discussing the past or the damn F-16's! When you wake up to the formulae i wrote in the beginning, you'll become very successful overnight.

Ok.....and the point was? WTF does Israel or anyone else has to do with the topic and on Pakistan's economy? This is where you guys make your country and yourselves look bad. The topic is something else. But you must bring others into your topic. Think about your own country and help her grow. Don't worry about the rest as they don't worry about you so much.

.
what i speak about my country should be my concern, there are enough "patriotic" indians teach guys like me the same thing, criticising my country or its national policy doesn't make me anti national. Even many pakistanis are full of religious patriotism here but i won't like to comment on them as what they do doesn't matter to me. And that "rat" "godzilla" was in quotes, metaphor like, i didn't intended to insult my country.
The US and Indian relationship is very diverse and isn't limited to one thing
the only thing thing of yours that i could agree upon, and for facts you asked from me, give me your facts first my friend, i would like to know what USA have done for india, the last good thing i remember is when they moved a nuclear warship in indian ocean during 71 war, but you sound like india regularly recieves paycheck from the NSA regularly

Wow you want me to forget what thr founding father of Israel David Ben Gurian said about Pakistan 50 years back
“The world Zionist movement should not be neglectful of the dangers of Pakistan to it. And Pakistan now should be its first target, for this ideological State is a threat to our existence. And Pakistan, the whole of it, hates the Jews and loves the Arabs. “This lover of the Arabs is more dangerous to us than the Arabs themselves. For that matter, it is most essential for the world Zionism that it should now take immediate steps against Pakistan. “Whereas the inhabitants of the Indian peninsula are Hindus whose hearts have been full of hatred towards Muslims, therefore, India is the most important base for us to work there from against Pakistan. “It is essential that we exploit this base and strike and crush Pakistanis, enemies of Jews and Zionism, by all disguised and secret plans.”
- David Ben Gurion, the first Israeli Prime Minister. His words, as printed in the Jewish Chronicle,9 August 1967
Well may be you can put your head in the sand like an ostrich but i keep my enemies in my cross-hairs

And by the way your psychiatrist (it is spelled with a P and not an S ) is pretty fucked up because I myself am one, and he ought to know that no happiness can be made possible without addressing the past. Past cannot be subtracted especially a painful one, it has to be reconciled with and US and other enemies of Pakistan have not reconciled till the time I am writing this blog.

Yet PAF is not understanding and still Looking for F-16's
F 16 is no more priority 1 for PAF. If we get it as part of package good enough otherwise no hard sweating. We have many other options open to us. JF17, J10B, J31, J20, J11, J15 and even (though expensive) Typhoons, Gripens and rafales are available. JF 17 Block 3 with AESA radar, long range BVRs, low observable/composite materials will be ready to deal with any fighter of the world. Just relax and see

this is my final demand for evidence, kids who don't know anything about defence just pass on information that you see internet without doing little investigation and consequences, i once called for mods to look after such comments, even my posts were deleted which had nothing imaginative, as i don't have a habit of lying to myself.
there self proclaimed journalists are all over the forums i think, and this has lost the credibility of this forum for me, good luck with your defence fantasy forums, failed my expectations as pakistan always do.
And you kid, Aasim Khan, do check what you post, internet is full of lies my friend. You know na some guys have a community that says the earth is flat, so better look out.
Adios!
