BTW, can no one in our govt start building the narrative that Kashmir and Balochistan are incomparable because:
a.) Balochistan is not a disputed territory under any UNSC resolutions or bilateral agreements
b.) Balochistan is not under an illegal armed occupation
c.) Balochistan is seeing CPEC development and many more positive changes, while IOK is seeing more and more brutalities

So these damn comparisons can end!!!

People should move on Trump did nothing extraordinary .the same thing was said by previous presidents and turned down politely by India and this time too it won't be any different.
Nothing is going to change on the ground unless some kashmiries stop dreaming of separation,no country will support any separatists based on religion those days are long gone.may be some sense prevails when they some development in other parts of the state after this 370 was scraped for good .for 70 years the Kashmiries have been taken for a ride with no development,they too are humans and deserve better living standards.
For the wish of few in the valley rest of the state cannot be held hostage.

Unfortunately, the US has a colorful history of supporting exactly the type of people that it bans / even fights (i.e. it will fight one stripe of right-wing Islamic militants but will happily use/fund/arm/train another faction for some other strategic gains elsewhere.)
