Pakistan needs to fence the Iranian border immediately and man it with a very dedicated force, put up surveillance. If the US decides to invade Iran, its going to give rise to many, many militias and also give strength to present terrorist groups. The spill over effect will reach Pakistan in Balochistan which is already a messy place to hunt for terrorists due to its mountainous terrain.
