Iran is surely regretting not having developed nukes much long ago.

Iran was trying to develop nukes but US and Israel sabotaged its nuclear program. The duo assassinated Iranian nuclear scientists and sabotaged Natenz nuclear facility. Sanctions were carefully executed to prevent supply of nuclear parts to Iran from numerous potential suppliers. Dr. Qadeer Khan of Pakistan also came under fire for providing blueprints to Iran. Easy for onlookers to comment on these matters without sufficient knowledge of what happened in case of Iran in this respect.

Iran have endured lot of shit but it have also overplayed its game in recent years. Iran should have kept its distance from Syria and Yemen.
