True Crime - Case 3 - Hit and Run Murder

your stories are truly chilling and thrilling . about as much as charles manson's murders.

Well, I think you will be glad to hear that Frank Pauline Jr has died in Prison in 2010 under suspicious circumstance and the big Brother is currently still incarcerated in an undetermined location due to the threat made to him from Other Prisoner in Hawaii

Sad to say little Brother Shawn copped a deal and did not serve much time in this, and he is a free man pretty much ever since.

Cannot wish death for anyone really but i have to say, he got what he deserved. The younder brother too will have to or would have already paid for it, some way or the other. That is how things usually are.

But in the end, the victim is probably the most unfortunate, all she wanted is to go home, and I don't think what happened to her can be explained by anyone, especially the way she died she linger on quite a while and dying slowly, I think that is the worse way to go.
Exactly, nothing will bring her back and to be honest, now that i have read what you shared and also read it on google now, it is really heart breaking.

The next case would still be unsolved today, and if we have made any break thru, I will forward our thought about the case to the appropriate authority, whether or not they listen to us is another question. The case, all I can tell you now is that it was extremely old, it was back in the 1990s and about quarter of the century being unsolved and I would have to say there are not much evidence on the surface, but I will reveal all I know from the beginning, and hope we can find an angle or new direction for it.
If you are in any position of authority where you can at least forward those recommendations. That is all i wanted to know (and i think i got my answer). Rest depends on authorities.
Reason i asked you this was because if you were in a position where you could make a decision, i would have refrained from any participation in this next case. I am not a professional and do not want to say anything or do anything that might effect the though process of decision making person for the worst. :)
Now that is is only about forwarding "suggestion" i am game for it :-)

I think this case is never going to be solved completely, there are too much stuff that went wrong from the beginning. The way police collect evidence and the way they treated Dana is probably one of the worse in US History, in fact, Ireland's family is so unimpressed with the authority handling the case, they actually sue the government of Hawaii and settled with an undisclosed amount of money........

If you ask me, they are lucky they can pin it on these 3 guys. As for the 4th man in this crime? Only god knows.

Hawaii eh...never would have guessed it.
What's up with the no electricity thing? I guess being on an island explains the weird two hour ambulance delay. I had figured this was in some backwoods area of Alabama.

Seems Frank met his fate in jail by another killer who wrapped a rock in a shirt and hit him in the head with it:

Yeah, you can google the case, very unfortunate there are not much to go on the internet, the case is not as much "Publicized" as it was some other major case (like Caysee Antony) or even our first case, but there are quite a lot of print publication I have read and it was made into 2 true crime video (yet it does not have its own place in Wikipedia)

lol, I worked with NSW Police in Australia, I cannot release information of actual case I am working on publicly or write some crime book and earn proceed on it (Some people did that before and got fired), so relax, you don't be charge of an obstruction and it have nothing to do with my jurisdiction, I thought I put out there very clear in the beginning.

All the unsolved case is either publicly available or in the US (I have a few cold case in Oz I am planning on using it) but all of them won't have a risk that anything here will become illegal :) So relax and game with the next case

I suppose many Yakuza members are reading your horror fiction as we speak.

Yeah, but it would really make sense if the crime happened in Hawai'i and the people and places just come together.

The 2 hours delay is partly because the Fire Service got the wrong address, what I heard is, they mistakenly told Dana was south of Pahio Road (which she was north) hence Fire Truck and ambulance was dispatched somewhere else instead of going straight to Dana's location.

I should also add that one of the person in the car Ida flag down is a registered nurse, and she has been working for a few hours before the ambulance arrive, you can't help but thinking of how helpless that would be for her to have wait for the ambulance. 2 hours, I mean I would complaint a lot even if I am not that injured.

And yes, he was threaten before and Frank was transferred to New Mexico and somehow either he got into an unrelated fight, or someone made him, he was killed in the exercise yard.

Well, I do really read a lot about true crime and I only take the best there are to share so yeah, they are a bit chilling and thrilling....

Caysee Antony case,
that sure was one strange case, the decision makes no sense at all. I am not sure what exactly happened during the trial! The mother clearly was guilty but yet she was set free.

.
Caylee Antony Case

Well, that case is one twisted case (I was going to swear but....)

For the Police, there are pretty much nothing more they can do, the mother did not report the child missing for a MONTH. So even if the Police Found Caylee immediately after, she would probably going to be bones only, so, nothing more can be done.

Problem is, the case is pretty much tried and judged by media and people who don't really know much about law (Your everyday moms and dads) who basically labelled Casey Antony guilty even without going thru all the evidence. Perhaps the prosecution thinks this is a sure win and didn't even point out the flaw of the defence (Which is her dad is somehow involved) and since the Jury assume she is guilty, and what my wife said this is a kind of "Anti-Biased" view to see anything thing outside the box and really try to dig every inch of evidence to try and found Casey Not Guilty. Which mean the Jury would go the opposite direction where they assume the accused innocent and have to relay on the prosecution to proof that they were guilty, instead the jury do a 180 and assume Casey was guilty and have to rely on the defence to point holes to the case and try to attack the evidence, which they actually done that, which mean the jury would more than likely rule not guilty because the prosecution did not do much in this case.

So, when the jury buys the defences, they put up a not guilty verdict, effectively saying "Hey the media say this woman is all kind of bad, but after hearing her case, she ain't that bad at all."

What about the missing DNA and bite mark match? What was the cause of blunt force trauma to her head? IMO justice was not properly serviced in this instance. Although i understand that real life crime solving is very different from the TV shows and such cases are considered successfully closed, there are at least two people who got away with it. First was the younger brother, who for all we know only gave a fixed interview and the prosecutor settled for it as 2 out of 4 is not as bad as 0 out of 4. You should definitely look at the lady Ida once more, check if she had any male relative who could have been in her house on that day during the timeline of her abduction..
