I expect the rich Muslims to come forward and overturn the triple talaq law.
The real problem is Muslim Personal Law is not codified, which means it is open to interpretation by local clergy. Loopholes!

There is section of mullahs & rogue politicians who will lose power if UCC comes into effect hence they oppose it.
Muslim Personal Law board is not a democratic body but handpicked one, their sole is not to protect muslim womens rights but garner as much power for themselves. Passing UCC will make these ppl redundant politically.

UCC and such things should had been done long ago. Today in 2016 removal of these bogus regressive laws now seems like an anti-Muslim thing.
