Yes of course Maoist terrorists exist in India. But the difference is that they are viewed as terrorists, and the government is doing everything it can to eliminate them - including raising the most well trained and equipped paramilitary force on earth (the COBRAs). Whereas in pakistan terrorist groups flourish with state support, and are trained and equipped by security aagencies with considerable state support. Hamid gul is referred to as the godfather of terrorism for what he did during his stint as head of the ISI.

Its not the Indian govt or Indian security agencies that train maoists, and we do not use them to wage a covert war against neighbouring countries. Don't you get that big difference? And by the way India hasn't lost control of any territory, except a few thick forests in the states painted red in your chart. Just becaue a few hundred terrorists operate in some hills and forests doesn't mean that the whole state (and these are huge states) are out of Indian control.

India does not use maoists for strategic advantage against pak or any other country. But terrorism in pak began when hamid gul chanelled the afghan jihadis into the kashmir conflict as a way of creating terror in kashmir when they realised that they are never actually going to get it from India in any way.

India fights every terrorist on its soil, pakistan plays a dangerous double game. The results are there for everyone to see.

Again:
Indian "armyman" held. One man from a 1.2 million man army. Individuals dabbling in terror is very different from instituions dabbling in terror. It is not like he was following state policy.

I know you don't like the fact that your institutions sanction and support terror groups, but trying to seek solace by asserting that India is in the same boat doesn't cut any ice. No matter how hard you try, no matter how many videos you can dig up, the difference between India and pakistan in this matter is clear.
