OMG look at US..

US and European countries use a big chunk of this money in R&D. They get manifolds more in return from arms selling. The losers are countries like India and UAE who give away 90% of their money just in imports of arms.

Exporting arms aside, I will a happy man when India will be able to reducing its arms import by 50%. Domestic production is key here.

Pakistan has increase its defence spending by 17 per cent to $5.18 billion (442.2 billion rupees) for the 2010/11 fiscal year (July-June). Pakistani government has projected to increase its total tax revenue to 1.78 trillion rupees form 1.48 trillion rupees in the year ending June 30, 2010.

Of all the nuclear powers, Chinais the only one that USA can wipe out with NET POSITVE effects on itself and the whole sane world too.

and we'll nuke back since we have the survivable ICBMs to do so. but if india was nuked by USA what is india going to do? no ICBMs, no 2nd strike capability.
