Highlighted are the Chinese scientists here, ALL of whom are not in China. China isn't able to retain its own talent, leave that of attracting talent.

An interesting person is Professor Yang (Ranked 10). He is the #1 person of this decade in Material Science.

The 1!!!!!!!!

Yet, he was made in America, and holds an American citizenship. The only plus point is that he is actively involved in getting started ShanghaiTech University.

China should really think about the reasons why these people are not in China. Is it only because of money, or does it also include other factors.
