Israel was in the ME, but later moved to the European confederation because nobody would play them in the region, cept Iran. Iran and Israel back then played Asian Cup finals even, but arabs wouldn't play them so they moved to Europe.

Other weird thing is that teams like azarbaijan are also in Europe and Australia is in Asia lol
