No one should defend murderers or terrorists, but here every day there will be defence coming up for the actions of India, Israel, US or any other non Muslim that commits crimes.

I do agree that people should be careful when they decide to move to another country and consider the fact that the extremely tolerant and liberal western society may not tolerate things like veils. Islam doesn't require covering the face btw, the girl could have stuck with just a headscarf. Her dressing, her choice, just like their country, their rules.

But you used that "My house my rules" logic to kill the discussion. If tomorrow UK decides that Only Christians will be allowed to become British citizen will you accept it? If no then what are your views on Maldivian citizenship law which allows only Muslims to become Maldives' citizens?

1) I didnt say my house my rules...I stated what the UK's laws are and I stated them out plain....

And if tomorrow UK decides that...well they will have to decide what to do with all their Mulsim population who have the citizenship or/ and were got it as a birth right....

Really? Does Secular India implement those rules?

correction: Its the rule of the specific school, am pretty sure there are other schools(also muslim faith schools) who allow face veil. Its not the law of the land to stop children wearing face veil in school.

Now that you know the Maldivian law what is your comment? Is it justified that any person who converts to say Christianity must loose his/her citizenship? It is important to know because there cannot be multiple standards.

It's more about following rules and wearing what is acceptable in a normal society.

I will be the first one to support punishment for any Indian indulged in criminal activities irrezpective of his religion so this question should be directed to someone like our lady maulana who keep defending such stuff.

That is excellent point and exactly what need to be conveyed to everyone. And if the girl opted for her choice which is not even Islamic then why blame the school..
