31Billion is through official channels. How about those who take cash, who send through other means. I would say easy 50Billion+ a year, plus the overseas Pakistanis import from Pakistan ie clothes, flour, rice etc, they send millions for charity, qurbani.

Overseas Pakistanis should withdraw their savings from RDAs and should send minimum amount required to support their families. And ask their families to make sure crooks aren't elected again if they want to restore Aid/Remittances, use carrot and stick approach like uncle Sam.
