Agreed. Pakistan has every right to defend itself and so has India. Indian PM or Army chief or anyone with authority has not declared that they will attack Pakistan tomorrow or in near future. No country in this world except US has used nukes. Nukes have alwats been and always be a deterrent. Everyone knows, in a nuclear war, no one wins.

As for British Raj, Sir with all due respect, Majority of present day India-Pakistan were under their rule for almost 2 centuries.
