Simple pass a resolution in national assembly to not allow any trade from a disputed borders.
that will be the end of Afghan transit trade. If you dont think this is a legitimate border than we should not allow anything to cross it.

For international border (about 90% +) there is no dispute between Pakistan and India. Our dispute is mainly in Kashmir, where both India and Pakistan agreed to call it "Line of control" or LOC, and not an IB or International border.

There are specific UN rulings about this.

I am not getting into who is right or wrong in Kashmir.

Just wanted to make sure we differentiate between IB and LOC.

In case of Pak-Afghan border, it has always been an IB since 1947.

Indians should be the last group to spread confusion about the borders. Haven't we ALL paid a HUGE price for such actions?

indian occupied kashmir is disputed territory , FATA and KPK are not

FATA may have lawlessness ( which gives indian and afghani goons a window to make trouble for Pakistan ) but disputed is certainly is not.

Honestly, this is a stupid argument. So Afghanistan want the tribal areas of Pakistan because Pashtuns live there? So Afghanistan should give northern Afghanistan to Tajikistan as Tajik people live there. See? stupid argument. Makes no sense.

If not then they can give their phustoon areas to Pak as phustoon people live in Pakistan.

perhaps the next american plan is to use the border between Pakistan and Afghanistan as a flash point between the two countires similar to what is being engineered between Turkey and Syria.

aghans have tiny brains and big egos , we know this and if they want to be pawns in the game then unfortunately we'll have no choice but to put them down and out of their misery, the bright side of it is that it will reduce the gene pool of dum ***** in the muslim world who have no brains to see through the game that is being played.
