Even the congress hasn't't completely decided yet. As for the Muslim part they couldn't prove his involvement even when congress was in power that says a lot. If he was responsible then congress would have done everything they could to bring him down. But they got nothing.

Rock concert with NaMo NaMo song to boost Narendra Modi's PM ambitions
If you thought saffron politics was all about singing bhajans (devotional songs), think twice. The national Capital is set to witness a major rock concert with "Modi for PM" theme.
The campaign song NaMo NaMo, essentially positioning Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi as the BJP's prime ministerial candidate for the 2014 elections, is a fusion of metal, rock and folk music. The concert will be held in Constitution Club on May 31.
"Only those who are seriously interested in politics listen to political speeches. We have decided to take the campaign to the people through other things that touch their lives," said Tejendar Singh Bagga, a former BJP activist and founder of the community page Modi-Fying India, which is organising the event.
The group had recently launched Modi T-shirts and is doing brisk business.
"We are organising the rock concert to campaign for Narendra Modi's prime ministership," Bagga told Mail Today, adding that while the first song will be in Hindi, the group intends to subsequently launch one song each month in other vernacular languages, including Bhojpuri, Tamil and Bengali.
Panchtarni Music in Exile, a Kashmiri rock band, will perform at the event, and two Kashmiri Pandit singers Rahul Tikoo and Ashish Bhat will launch the song, he said.
"This is a piece of fusion music, encompassing all these elements from metal, rock and folk, and is a very catchy one," said Rahul from Panchtarni that has already recorded the song at a studio in Gurgaon.
The group also has plans to launch the cover page of the comic on Modi as well as stickers saying, "I support Members of Kashmiri rock band Panchtarni Music."

Actually that's what got him through.
Hindus are changing for good now. They don't like pu$$y leaders anymore. They want hardcore material. All credit goes to Vajpayee for setting strong foundation with his anti-conversion laws, which sent a strong signal to the hindu masses.
