Tianjin's gdp per capita is largest in China and real estate market must be doing great. I don't think that this city is going to reach the level of Shanghai or Beijing, but it will still be a crucial city for CHina.

I think this is quantity driven GDP rather than Quality driven GDP. According to some analysts there are about 65 Million empty apartments in China , let alone the shopping malls.
This is the same property boom Ireland experienced before the recession .. I hope China is not going in the same direction or it surely will dent the world economy.
