but not aware of Chinese ware much. so cant tell which PL15 or SD10 x versions are the BVR

I wish that were the case but PAF does not still believe in that. The airchief continues to flypast in an F-16 rather than a JF-17. At least this year he should had come in JF-17. Messages like these are the ones that make others realize the mistake they made in putting sanctions on the F-16s. They made Pakistan self reliant but PAF will first have to get out of F-16 dilemma.
