Three killed as shells hit houses in Miranshah

MIRANSHAH: At least three people, including women and children, were killed on Tuesday when mortar shells fell on houses in North Waziristan tribal agency, officials said on Tuesday.

Security officials said the casualties took place in Miranshah, the headquarters of North Waziristan, where terrorists attacked a check post.
Officials said security forces retaliated against the militant attack during which few mortar shell landed on nearby houses, killing three people and injuring nine others, including women and children.

Local people and army troops moved the injured to Miranshah headquarters hospital for treatment, officials added.

PA made an error,but sent soldiers to pick up wounded and transferred them to probably a military hospital where they will be trated for free..
Then PA will help in rebuilding the houses and probably pay compensation to the families..
None of this is done by drone operators....
So there is the difference

However, US is giving good enough aid to Pakistan. Does that not count?
