This is what i have observed, even gone through a horrible war, some Pakistanis don't seem to acknowledge that their smaller benefits can have disastrous consequences for Pakistan. Such a shame. There should be maximum penalty for such crimes.

Because Pakistanis generally cannot see the big picture; it is all about immediate benefit to oneself and family.

If it was granted on illegal basis that seems so in this case then it is not just a case of petty corruption and bribe but a treason against the state and should be treated as such to set an example for the rest of officials.
