This PIA Pilot Winning Millions of Hearts

Pakistani pilots for both military and commercial jets are truly professional. They have skills on par the best in the trade but unfortunately PIA is being methodically destroyed by the corruptocracy lead by SKA to let his Airblue take over the business.
Because of P i am still confuse either it is stand for Pakistan or it is stand for Peoples party?. I think we should inform them that this is not political party but it is running by our tax paying money. We must make PIA a private public company so that we will get rid of these bed bugs

PIA needs to bounce back with a POW. In the 90s it was one of the best and elite airlines. Now it’s an outdated flying banger. They trained Emirates and Emirates till date use their manual. The Government needs to focus on upgrading jets, outlook, interior, new seats, television system, audio system, WiFi system etc.

The Airlines industry in general is not profitable unless you adopt the low cost approach. Many of the larger players struggle (currently Alitalia, the Italian national airline company is borderline defunct), thanks largely to the emergence of low cost airlines.

However the second major reason is the ridiculous money (billions of dollars) some of the rich Middle Eastern nations are throwing at their companies, making it increasingly difficult for private or semi private airline companies to compete with them. Heck, many of the US airline's have already taken up the matter with their authorities (http://uk.businessinsider.com/middle-eastern-us-airlines-dispute-future-of-air-travel-2015-7), and may succeed now that Trump is in power (and who could blame them for complaining). In the context of PIA it's main routes are ones also covered by these Middle Eastern giants, and again hence an unfair competition exits where UAE or Qatar will keep throwing billions of dollars to their airline companies in the shape of direct and indirect subsidies, which is something Pakistan can not keep up with.
