There is no proof of rape, rape was and is not only haram but also punishable by being stoned to death.

He just said that Indians, Vietnamese and Thais etc. treat tourists like sources of money aka ATM unlike Pakistanis. These countries have a more commercialized mindset towards tourists. That's all he said.

That is like the opinion of any vlogger who visits Pakistan and then we have also seen videos about the people visiting India. We are alot different and civilized than you. If you weren't an Indian you would know but you also have a dirty rapist mindset like your countrymen so you wont admit it.
