I know I am the last one to pontificate but we should have some red lines. This lady was PM of Pakistan and furthermore she died in horrific circumstances. To make mockery of her name is in bad form. Be advised I am not a PPP supporter.
I think the forum and the culture of Pakistan a this point lacks respect for anyone. Why is it allowed on this forum to bad mouth NS, but someone writing the truth about IK gets banned (yea, that was me) because I dare call a fool out on his foolish post in retaliation!!! And he was allowed to continue to do propaganda for weeks afterwards????
So the forum needs to be run with rules and regulations for all, EQUALLY. All senior dignitaries such as the President, the Prime Minister at the least, should be given proper courtesy. May be this forum can teach IK's followers on how to be respectful of others!! And may be the good thing will spread and bad mouths will close up. How many times you've seen Indian members bad mouthing their leaders, to the degree that IK's followers bad mouth the current PM of Pakistan, without really having a serious, unique case against him? Is barking now the new "political correctness" where you say whatever comes through your mind without putting some courteous filter to it???? Including stuff against women and elderly??
Exactly, She courageously stands against Talibans in that time period when even 4 star generals pi** in their pants thinking about that scenario....she must be respected & remembered in good always.
You got to give credit to where its deserved. In ALL reality, BB stood against the Talibans and the terrorists. And she died standing against them. Now, if you notice, after a few years of her death, the entire Pakistan and her military is standing together against the SAME barbaric terrorists!!!! So that tells you, she took a leader's stand with a vision, knowing these animals weren't good for her country. But the people weren't following the leader's instinct.......she died and a few years after, everyone else stood against these crazy basterds, need I remind Karachi, Islamabad, Peshawer incidents on here?
Any leader such as the PM of Pakistan, or other countries, should be respected, just as a human courtesy. They came into power with their people's majority votes (no matter what the conspiracy theorists say without proofs). So please, let's be respectful of the heads of state, women, children and elderly. There has been a lot of nasty talk from a certain group about whoever they don't like that day. Let's be human and courteous, you can still say the same thing, without verbally abusing someone. Bad leaders produce bad followers. Intolerant and impatient leaders produce societies that are on the edge of extremism and emotionally screwed.
That s incorrect---she was so out of touch of the local scene and so arrogant that she did not believe in Taliban threat----.
Or her security detail had people in it who provided all target details to the terrorists.......remember the governor of Punjab? I can name many.
Majority of these mental nutt jobs turned terrorists, used help from someone inside the security detail, and in many cases, it included people involving even Pak Army and the AF. Not too long after BB's death and even after attacks on Mushy, there were many Army, AF and some Navy officers who were caught and sent to court martial and then jail on terrorism related charges. If this mess was so bad, how could she have known the threat better? Her protection wasn't better. That's the bitter reality.
But albeit, a brave women stood up to terrorists and challenged them to safeguard her own country. She saw as a leader, in advance, what they barbaric people would and could do. Result, just like her, the entire nation of Pakistan and the Army are standing against these same barbaric basterds who kill without mercy and should be given the worst punishment wherever they exit !!!!
