google translate: halai village on the border of Tripura and Bangladesh. Where many indigenous people are not getting proper food, there are no employment opportunities. So they are crossing the border in Bangladesh. Not only that, many people in that village are infected with malaria, but the health officials have no information about him. Many people even die due to malaria.

Tripura CPM MLA Ratan Bhowmik said, “Last Sunday, a CPM delegation visited various villages in Dhalai district, 100 km from Agartala. While there, they noticed that most of the villagers were infected with malaria. There is no work or food. There is also little access to drinking water. As a result, residents of remote villages in the area often enter Bangladesh in search of work and food.

The CPM also submitted a memorandum to Malaria Tripura Health Secretary Samarjit Bhowmick after the Dhalai visit. It also demanded immediate setting up of health camps in those villages.

Although the BJP has said, these allegations are baseless. The CPM has no business now except lies and conspiracies.

Jai Modi

Why would anyone trust any "hearsay" from a CPM mouth piece? What proof does they have? the border is sealed ,if any thing the illegal immigrants might have returned sometime back.

Hopefully you can prove them as Bangladeshi.
Are you for real? these are already confirmed as Bangladeshi by the police. Tripura is infested by Bangla hence it has 136+ cases while other north east states has just 0-2 cases ,with the exception of assam.
And basically, the Bengali in Tripura are bangladeshi to begin with.
