Theft or Espionage, The inside story of Kuwaiti Delegations Wallet stealing

Forwarded as received

*Theft or Espionage?*

Everyone is surprised that how a senior officer of grade 20 can drop himself to such a low level that he will steal wallet of a member of the visiting Kuwaiti delegation and risk his credibility, service and reputation as well as bring bad name and shame to the country. Mr. Zarar Haider, an officer of grade 20 in the Economic Affairs Division is named and shamed as a ‘pickpocket’ but there is something more astonishing revealed during preliminary investigation by a premium *intelligence agency* of the country.

According to the sources, considering stealing of the wallet something unusual and beyond comprehension by such a high ranking officer, the authorities started to find some reason or logic behind the apparently a very cheap attempt by the senior officer.
Sources revealed that during brief investigation of the incident by the officers of the intelligence, the accused officer Zrar Haider confessed that he did it to place a detective electronic device in the belongings of the visiting delegation at the behest of the intelligence of a neighboring Muslim country which is currently having tense relations with GCC members.

The officer has been working for the neighboring Muslim country for quite some time, however further details are yet to be investigated.

The device would give location details, movement details as well as hearing of the surroundings of the holder.

Zrar Haider was also tasked by the intelligence of the neighboring Muslim country to provide details of the recent interactions of Pakistan’s financial teams with Saudi Arabia and UAE.
Initial investigation of the incident has worried authorities about the ingress of foreign intelligence within Pakistani bureaucracy. There may be a network of the officers working for some other countries. It has been decided that the incident will be taken seriously and further investigations will be conducted.

i was of notion that this brotherly country SAUDIA ARABIA only invests in pakistani generals,,, prisedents..prime ministers, and judges
can ISI shed some light on how many pakistani/saudi agents are working in pakistani govt?

.
Since the pickpocket Pakistani officer's surname is Haider, it was only a matter of time for the Sunni fanatics to somehow link this issue to Iran.

It's a simple case of thieving Pakistani nicking an unattended wallet, a rich Arab's wallet mind you. The wallet itself would have fetched 50,000 PKR, let alone the cash and cards. Not bad for a day's earning.

I know, Super Intelligent ! giving super intelligent story in this thread without no source

The reference is to Iran, not to Saudi Arabia. Don't worry about Saudi Arabia doing such a thing, ISI enjoys great relations with Saudi Intelligence agencies.

Pakistani bureaucrats tend to be corrupt to the core and have amassed wealth beyond their salary. What he was supposed to get by stealing wallet?

This goes more on the character of Pakistanis as sellouts than neighbors.

Iranians don't employ amateurs. those that have dealt with them or faced them know well that Iranians take intelligence as seriously as their revolution.

they are very meticulous and extremely careful in their plans and their operations . they wont have used such crude B movie plot plan to spy on Arab countries.l the guy might have been an opportunist thief.

but then again mistakes are possible. too bad for this official that he was being filmed.

Reading is not enough...you need to have knowledge of how things are done on ground to analyse.
Foreign diplomats take all their cash from local embassies in local currencies, visitors were investment delegate, they will not be living here on their own, so not even local cash. At Pakistani airport shops, one can buy lays chips and unhealthy sweets... so they probably are not even bothered to bring credit cards. All what they had were their ID and this is what can be useful to the foe state. Imagine members of this delegate targeted in some way or the other! May be they are trapped in scandal, while having holidays in US /UK!
your conspiracy theory sounds like absolute garbage please cook a better logical one next time.. getting cheesed of on certain group and thumping your keyboard buttons in anger doesnt really do it for you .

Lol this is a stretch by any standards. Only you guys could turn a simple theft into international beef with a neighbour. This chor looks like a real James bond now.

Ps. If this was an espionage op, did he return the wallet?

I'm 100% sure, that dude was doing a free community service.

It may be surprising for many, but i have seen and dealt with plenty of them in my life.

Let's put it this way, if a ''Pakistani'' is willing to give away his own cash to foreign state, such people at govt. duties are security risk.

I wished pakistanis to be same like them

Pakistanis are more loyal to bollywood than their own children.
