That is a hypothetical question, because the US and UK have been more sympathetic to India's concerns than Canada - but yes, if US and UK allow weapons training camps and separatists to raise funds to carry out attacks in India , it will impact the relationship with India.

Israelis have had their share of chutiya operations as well. E.g. when they tried to assassinate Ismael Hania in Jordan I believe, also when they assassinated PLO member in Dubai which was caught on video and the agents used ironically Canadian passports, leading to huge diplomatic row. Difference is Israeli clout across western power corridors and more importantly media, which covers up these incidents on behalf of Isreal. Indians are just not there yet.
