The only reason they can pay for all of this is because their government refuses to provide a national healthcare services like the rest of Europe who cut their militarism after WW2 in exchange for the social security for it's populace.

The thing people overlook is that universal health care in the US would be the end of their empire. The only way to pay for it is to gut the budget by a few hundred billion dollars.

US military doesn't seem to stop certain kinds of foreigners from pouring into Europe, the UK or North America. Only the Australian gov't and military even moderately protect their borders and people.
Seems the US military only exists to ensure people use the USD and oil flows from the Middle East to anybody who allies with the US/UK/Dutch/Swiss Templar/Vatican bankers cabal.
Like Japan and South Korea, the Chinese become RICH able to make and buy lots of everything. How about you?

The US is spending too much in the health domain in fact (Medicare + Health). It would be better to restructure this sector and make it efficient.

US medical system sucks, take it from someone who is living in US and experiencing it first hand, yes they have good services and doctors but they will rip every penny off your skin, do you know that just make a 911 call and order an ambulance can cost you up to 1500$?

US spends a lot on the military because they have to and they have no choice, without Powerful military they lose their SUPER POWER Status, and that influence they enjoy over weak countries.
