Recognizing Russian position as a global force US Secretary of State Marco Rubio recently underlined the need of keeping lines of communication open with Russia. United States must engage with Russia to explore potential collaboration on various geopolitical issues Rubio said during high level negotiations in Saudi Arabia to negotiate an end to the current crisis in Ukraine. Resolving the war could provide both countries with exceptional possibilities to collaborate on issues of shared interest he said.
