Did you even look at him? The sunglasses, his outfit, the cap as well as him looking like he's telling the others how to setup the thing.

I actually looked up the source afterwards, syria.liveuamap.com, and looking at the comments section, i am not the only one mentioning this. That guy gives off a CIA/Mossad feeling.

Even in the comments to that tweet, some are speculating that it's CIA. And it's understandable as he seems like a shadowy individual, and tells them how to set the thing up.

I'm not saying that they couldn't make something like that. It's not really too sophisticated.
