Could be somewhat true, but they are so absorbed with their own issues it doesn't even matter at this point. Also, i doubt UK will leave or commit any sort of subversive activity, they have too much to loose.

- The EU just failed to make its own navigation system, and they still have to depend on the GPS.

Don't worry, one of the tasks ESA IXV's will be to correct orbits or destroy satellites by disrupting them.

- The EU still depends on the engine technology from the US/UK, like A320, A380, etc.

Eurojet? Although, Rolls Royce engines are awesome indeed.

- The EU has weak nuclear arsenal compared to the US/UK, while France's nuclear arsenal only serves for themselves, not for Germany.

A lot of Tajiks are Russians. As a matter of fact, Russian is an official language in Tajikistan. A key feature of Nordics is blue eyes.
