He is a nationalist but so much criticism will make support for him a nationalist cause kind of like supporting Erdogan is considered supporting Turkey right nowHe Need Not Turn Into One He Already Is A Nationalist
Yes I agree. Pakistan came into being in 1947 but right now we are seeing the birth of "Pakistanio". The convergence of Pakhtun, Punjabi, Baloch, Sindhi [Kashmiri] into one nation under brand "Pakistanio". And that is nationalism. This might be the greatest legacy IK leaves behind. From gates of Khyber to Wahga to Arabian Sea he will unite the country. As it is PTI's mandate is the most across country then any other party. This criticism will turn him into a nationalist cause like Erdogan
This election has shown almost a paradigm shift as most of the nationalist / ethnic parties have been rejected as no one even predicted. Do you remember that before elections you and me were on the same page that Urdu / Muhajirs will never vote for PTI...they have always voted for MQM....But we have been proven 100% wrong and in fact it is the "muhajirs" who have overwhelmingly voted for IK i.e. a Pathan from Mianwali Punjab. So that Muhajir card has died...same goes for Lyari, Faisalabad...So we all need to review our behaviours because the nation has changed. Now there is no space for ANP, MQM and other bigots... where people of Balochistan lined up in queue outside the polling station within 1.5 hours of a bomb blast that killed 30 people... so that shows unprecedented resilience of Pakistani nation in general and Balochistani in particular. We are becoming a nation inshaALLAH. Thank you IK...Yes I agree. Pakistan came into being in 1947 but right now we are seeing the birth of "Pakistanio". IK's decisions have time and again proven to be right. Whether it is just stroke of luck or his vision. His decision to form a coalition govt in KPK has proven a damn good decision. His decision to contest elections from 5 different constituencies have established him as a national leader. His to pursue Panama leaks...etc it is long list. and there have a fair share of failures as well along the way but he has been rising and today he is poised to become PM of Pakistan - MashaAllah.Which also means that when Imran said that Pakistan has changed, he was right. He is a true leader. He has his fingers on nation's vein, literally. And we who liked him, favored him to win still sometimes doubted his conviction.
