Every private business can set their own rules that allows wanted or forbids unwanted behaviors.

In Germany, they call it: AGB allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen.

You can’t forbid a business platform just because some bad people use it.

Unfortunately, FB has achieved acceptance and a normal. The algorithms behind it only care about keeping people plugged into FB and care little abort affects on sociology and psychology.

Of course the CCP trolls, being bad at arguments as usual, make a bad argument. Not because they thing FB has problems with sociology and psychology but because they have problens with people criticizing the CCP for a whole swath of reasons including the forced sinicization going in Xinjiang, using examples of violance by 0.001 of the uyghur population as justification for forced sinicization.

If PRC maintains those claims, then that means they are trying to expand which expands their anti-freedom of speech realm. They can keep their tight government control with little criticism from outside world if they at least give up claim on 9 dash line, give up claim on Taiwan, and give up claim on the Senkaku islands.

Frankly, I am ignorant about disputes in East as it's not my topic of interests. My comment was on banning social media platforms being used as propaganda tools by west for social engineering which is fact. So, these platforms needs to be banned by all sensible governments if they want to keep their country and public away from unneeded chaos.
