The REAL Reason Facebook is banned in China!

You think Germany would allow Nazi ideology on facebook? What would world think about Facebook if its spreading ISIS ideology. I call this western hypocrisy. Who are the liars? And you are telling me these are private initiatives? Nobody is believing that but just a feeble attempt trying to upheld sanctity of freedom of speech. 8chan was banned and the person sharing of the video got 20 years in jailed.
Facebook has general terms and conditions that anyone has to comply when using the platform. Like any other private business. Nothing special. Facebook can certainly ban those that violate the terms and conditions, or violate a country’s law. That doesn’t mean the platform is banned because some buy guys use it.

You ban the bad guys not the business.

Is logical thinking difficult for you?

Freedom of speech is second biggest scam after human rights in 21st century. No reason is needed to ban facebook and twitter, these are lethal propaganda tools of west in general and US in particular and should be banned by all sensible governments. In fact any website / App which can be used to bypass laws of land should be banned.

i never read news on facebook. what you are saying people are lazy and undisciplined
you can ban facebook. but the laziness, carelessness will show up somewhere else

Western government and their media are in bed with each other. Their corporation represent the government through revolving doors and lobbying. Xinjiang separatist promote violence. Sure you can say most xinjiang separatist are peaceful. I too can say western far-right are peaceful too and their banning is unjust. The hypocrisy is astounding. Freedom of speech only applies when its convenient to you. So where is Snowden and Assage now?

Cos the Chinese CCP are pussies and wont take criticism from even Chinese citizens if these unregulated platforms are allowed for its own citizens to air their honest views?

The current Huawei dispute is something reminds us how luckcy we are that we banned US social media sites and now we have everything a better version of our own, once you give up your social media control to foreigners, you end up losing anything, the fate of your nation will be no longer in your own hands, many developing countries just don't know it, one day they will rue the day.

Facebook must be banned because of their recent plans to release online currency. Naturally many countries will take note as Facebook is no longer just a social media platform - it now actively competes against other currency platforms. Facebook should be viewed through this prism henceforth and all nations should consider the impact of this on their own currency markets. USA are monopolising alternative currency platforms after eliminating the ones they can't control (bitcoin) and invading any nation that dares to trade oil in anything but the dollar or that dares to adopt a gold standard. People need to wake up and realise just how much control USA has. World Bank, IMF, Android, Apple, Facebook, the whole damn internet ..... Pay attention people.

Facebook, Google, Twitters are arms of the US governments. China is very smart to ban them. Western corporations do the bidding of Western government when it comes to destabilizing developing countries. I don't know why India hasn't ban them. India has massive populations and that is very valuable. For them to give it to the West is very stupid. Do Indians think America is going allow them to succeed? LOL.

Now Facebook is coming out with their own backed cryptocurrency target toward developing countries. This is another destabilization tool disguised as financial tool to help the unbanked. If adopted widely, a large portion of developing countries money will be controlled by Facebook and Western companies. Capital outflow to the West will be exerbated by Western created crises. When it is ripe, the West will create crises in other countries for their own interest. Since developing country cannot match the onslaught of Western capital, the government will have less control over their own development and less tools in their tool box to fight any destabilization efforts by the West.

China is very prescient to see that the true nature of the West. I guess the Opium war is valuable lesson. If you don't control your own destiny, you'll never be great. Other developing countries should follow China lead. Don't outright ban them, just make it really really hard for them operate, so there is plausible deniability. And when a crises happens, if they don't reciprocate to improve conditions, then ban them out right.

"Western corporations do the bidding of Western government when it comes to destabilizing developing countries."

Exactly. Western corporations are not truly "private" but are in fact an arm of American government, much like the NGO phenomenon. But the NGOs are almost a red herring. We are almost led to believe that the think-tanks and "policy institutes" and "development funds" are the guys secretly guiding foreign policy. The truth is actually in plain sight. The USA tells its businesses when it is allowed to do business, when it cannot, how much business it can do, and only fines or punishes its businesses when they act beyond their determined national interest. This in itself is fine, any nation would do the same, but then, any nation should be fully aware of what America actually does and should be allowed to retaliate in kind or protect itself from the threat to its own interests.

The new Facebook currency will behave as a quasi-US dollar, tying foreign governments into a new addiction - the opium wars analogy is quite apt. Internet users in foreign nations will access this currency because of its ease of transaction in the online marketplace. But the minute a foreign government tries to impose its national interest and sell the facebook currency, USA govt will intervene under a false pretence of "protecting legit consumer freedoms from evil foreign government control".
