You can not stop propaganda used by terrorists, as the believers just believe.

One of the Mumbai attacks terrorist called media from a hotel and kept saying how 30,000 muslims were burned alive in gujrat. Its not about numbers at all, its about people who always keep claiming victimhood to justify their terrorism and aggression. They are not interesting in an academic debate.

And that should not stop us from being just and law abiding too.

even if 790 muslims have died or even if one muslim dies due to hate, it's a blot on secular credentials of India.

We are different from countries like Pakistan who have finished minorities and still have guts to blame other countries on minority issue.

Fact: As per figures given by the Union Minister of State for Home Shriprakash Jaiswal, who belongs to the Congress Party, in Parliament on 11 May 2005, 790 Muslims and 254 Hindus were killed in the riots, 2548 people were injured and 223 people were missing. This was in a WRITTEN REPLY to a question asked by a Congress member on the religion wise casualties in Gujarat after Godhra. The report placed the number of riot-affected widows at 919 and the number of children orphaned at 606. The UPA government gives these figures, and hence they themselves may be inflated.
