they are probably cleaning up the ship for hand over, it still look like **** right now.It looks like they are going to upgrade something.

They are scrapping shells and marine growths, and repainting parts of the hull below waterline. Installation of the arresting wires seen to be in progress. And working on whatever that need to be fixed from finding of the first sea trial.
I foresee that Varyag will not be in the dry dock for more than a month before second sea trial.
