I edited the one sentence to make it less general.. I was making fun of Aeronaut in a cynical way for his insulting insinuations. It was over the top, I apologize. The rest of the post however is as nuanced as need be on the internet...

The facts are Hamas is very similar in ideology, structure and behavior to the Nazis they just lack the resources to take it as far. The MB is massively and openly anti-semitic and undemocratic. So it remains to be seen if allowing them into the election is a good move. If you want to contest that, go ahead.

I just don't see Hamas and the Nazis being similar, two come out of vastly different backgrounds, socially, culturally, historically etc. The only unifying thing seems to be their anti-Semitism and even there, they hate Jews for different reasons. Undemocratic? Democracy is a system of politics not an ideology. You can be a fascist or a commie and still participate democratically.
