But that is the mentality of many Indians. They think their policy makers are angles, they could never fund terrorism and murder in their neighbouring nations and sabotage them so that they can never stand on their own feet.. Many Pakistanis have realised their policy makers mistakes and regularly criticise it. But In India its a totally different world.

Um...what do you think we hold elections on then? On what basis do we elect our leaders?

Our elections are fought on the basis of what party came up with what policy and whether or not that was good. For example this Government was brought in because they were supposed to undo/reverse many of the disastrous policies of the last Government.

And open any newspaper of India of any day. In 6 days out of 7, you will find articles that criticize some policy of the GoI.

What you are doing is what Horus does - presume something about us and ascribe it to us. There is a reason we have a very strong democratic tradition for the last 6 decades, no one gets a free pass in India, everyone is game for criticism, Nehru and even Mahatma Gandhi.
