1 ISTIF class Frigate is under construction
and Turkey start to build 3 more ISTIF class Frigates at the same time
( Egypt , İsrael , Greece can not do it )

there are 83 Shipyards in Turkey
and if needed , Turkey can build 30 Warships ( Corvettes , Frigates , Destroyers ) in 5 years

Yes might be true.. and that is what Egypt is at.. like 41 air, land and sea exercises in 2021 alone.. getting the best weapon systems from East and West.. and boosting an important defense industry.. not mentioning the huge successful infrastructure projects and a thriving economy.. You can deduce yourself that Egypt today with an armed forces of more than a million men, is a very capable country militarily speaking..if it comes to that.. and this is as of now not 50 years ago..

There was advanced talk about manufacturing the Scorpene in Egypt with ToT if you remember..buying 6 and making another 6 in Alexandria or the new shipyard with Lurssen..

The S-80 subs were a proposition by Spain.. but even the Spanish ones are not ready yet..and they have too many US components and systems..

There might be a possibility with South Korea.. if ever the French Scorpene deal does not go through.. it is like Plan B..
